Concert Series
David has been instrumental in establishing concert series at St Mary’s Monkseaton, The Old Low Light in North Shields and at Elsdon Avenue Church in Seaton Delaval.
David has established a very successful concert series at the Old Low Light in North
Shields. This has been running since 2017, and there have been many memorable
performances there over the years.
Currently we look forward to hearing the Da Vinci Quartet on Friday 1st May at 7pm
The following concert will be with the Westerly Trio and Anna Dias (soprano) on Friday
June 26th at 7pm.
And more concerts planned for the Autumn.
David makes very regular appearances in the Yamaha Music School concert series at
Blyth.
He is appearing there on Monday May 11th with Laura Newton (viola) at 1pm, and then
with Iona Bown (violin) on Monday 18th May at 1pm, and then with Bradley Creswick
(violin) on Saturday June 20th at 6.30pm
David also frequently appears in the Literary and Philosophical Society’s concerts
series, and is appearing there with Iona Brown on 8th May with Iona Brown at 1pm and
with Michael Gerrard (viola) on November 16th .

David will appear with Anna Dias (soprano ) on May 22nd at 7.30 pm at St Martin on the
Hill, Scarborough.
And finally David will be making his annual appearance in Grimsby with violinist Bradley
Creswick on Friday July 17th at 7.30pm in St Augustine’s Church.
